Is MyBloodTests free to use? +
Yes, completely free. Upload and track your health records at no cost. There are no hidden fees or premium tiers.
Is my health data secure? +
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II certified), with TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Only you can access your records — we never sell or share your data.
What file types can I upload? +
We accept PDF, JPEG, and PNG files. Most Australian pathology labs (ACL, Sonic, Dorevitch, Sullivan Nicolaides) produce PDF reports that work perfectly.
Do I need a password? +
No passwords required. You sign in with just your Australian mobile number — we send a 6-digit code via SMS. It's faster and more secure than a password.
Does MyBloodTests provide medical advice? +
No. MyBloodTests is a personal record storage and organisation tool only. The health score and marker indicators are for informational purposes. Always discuss your results with your doctor.
What blood test panels are supported? +
Any blood test from any Australian pathology lab. We support FBC, iron studies, lipids, B12 & folate, biochemistry, hormones, thyroid, and more. If your PDF contains structured results, we can extract and display them.
Can I share results with my doctor? +
You can show your dashboard on any device. Downloadable PDF summaries and direct GP sharing are on the roadmap.
How do I delete my account or data? +
You can delete individual records from your dashboard at any time. To delete your full account, email us at contact@mybloodtests.net and we'll remove everything within 48 hours.
Which countries is MyBloodTests available in? +
Currently designed for Australia, with Australian reference ranges and pathology labs. We plan to expand to New Zealand, UK, and Canada.
How is the health score calculated? +
The score is the percentage of your blood markers that fall within their reference ranges. 44 normal out of 44 total = 100/100. It's a quick snapshot, not a clinical assessment.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MyBloodTests collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Who we are

MyBloodTests is a personal health record management tool operated by an individual based in Australia. Contact: privacy@mybloodtests.net

2. What information we collect

We collect your mobile phone number (for account identification and SMS login), health records you choose to upload, and session tokens (expire after 30 days). We do not collect your name, email, date of birth, or Medicare number.

3. SMS verification

We use Twilio to send SMS verification codes. Codes expire within 5 minutes and are deleted immediately after use.

4. AI Analysis

When you request AI analysis of a record, the record label and any structured data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. No data is stored by Anthropic beyond the request. You control when analysis is triggered.

5. Storage and security

All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II), with TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Only you can access your records.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your records at any time via your dashboard. Request full account deletion at privacy@mybloodtests.net.

7. Complaints

3. Account responsibilities

Keep your phone number secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Use MyBloodTests only for storing your own personal health records.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MyBloodTests is not liable for loss of data or medical decisions made based on service content, including AI analysis. Nothing here limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
