This Privacy Policy explains how MyBloodTests collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal and health information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We do not collect your name, date of birth, Medicare number, or address.
Your information is used solely to provide the service to you: account creation, authentication, and storing/displaying your records. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or advertising.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to any third party except Cloudflare (our infrastructure provider) and where required by Australian law.
Under the Privacy Act 1988, health information is sensitive information requiring a higher level of protection. We collect it only because you choose to upload it for your own personal use.
Data is retained while your account exists. On deletion request, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We use no advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Only a session token in localStorage is used for login functionality.

Use MyBloodTests only for storing your own personal health records. Do not upload illegal content, attempt to tamper with the service, or store records belonging to others without their consent.
You own your health records. MyBloodTests claims no rights over your uploaded content. You may delete records or your account at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MyBloodTests is not liable for loss of data, medical decisions made based on service content, or unauthorised account access due to credential mismanagement. Nothing here limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
