We collect your mobile phone number (for account identification and SMS login), health records you choose to upload, and session tokens (expire after 30 days). We do not collect your name, email, date of birth, or Medicare number.
We use Twilio to send SMS verification codes. Codes expire within 5 minutes and are deleted immediately after use.
When you request AI analysis of a record, the record label and any structured data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. No data is stored by Anthropic beyond the request. You control when analysis is triggered.
All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II), with TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Only you can access your records.
You may access, correct, or delete your records at any time via your dashboard. Request full account deletion at privacy@mybloodtests.net.
