We do not collect your name, email, date of birth, Medicare number, or address.
We use Twilio to send SMS verification codes. Twilio processes your phone number solely to deliver the SMS. Codes expire within 5 minutes and are deleted immediately after use. We do not store your phone number beyond what is needed to identify your account.
Your information is used solely to provide the service: account creation, SMS authentication, and storing/displaying your records. We do not use your information for marketing or advertising.
We do not sell or share your information. Your phone number is shared with Twilio only to deliver SMS codes. No other third parties receive your data.
