Profile details are entirely optional — the service works without them. We do not collect your Medicare number, financial information, or any advertising or tracking identifiers.
Your information is used solely to provide the MyBloodTests service. We do not use your health data for advertising, profiling, or research.
When you upload a document for AI analysis, the file is sent to Anthropic via their API. Only extracted structured results are saved — not the raw file. See Anthropic's privacy policy for their data handling.
All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II), encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Only you can access your records.
We use browser local storage for your login session and language preference only. No tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts.
Delete individual records at any time from your dashboard on the website or in the iOS app. You can also permanently delete your entire account — every record, reminder and profile detail — yourself, from the Profile screen in the iOS app. This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you would rather we did it for you, email contact@mybloodtests.net and we will complete deletion within 48 hours.

We share data only with: Anthropic (AI analysis), Cloudflare (infrastructure), Twilio (SMS), and as required by law.
If you create a doctor share link, anyone who has that link can view the records it covers until you revoke it. A reminders calendar URL likewise lets anyone with the link see your reminder titles and dates. These links are unguessable, but they are not password-protected — share them only with people you trust, and revoke a share link from your dashboard when it is no longer needed.

AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Do not rely on AI summaries for clinical decisions. Always verify with your healthcare provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBloodTests is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
