MyBloodTests is a personal health record storage and management tool operated in Australia. For all privacy enquiries: contact@mybloodtests.net.
We collect your mobile phone number (for SMS auth), health records you upload, your optional display name, and session tokens. We do not collect email, date of birth, Medicare number, or financial information.
Your information is used solely to provide the MyBloodTests service. We do not use your health data for advertising, profiling, or research.
When you upload a document for AI analysis, the file is sent to Anthropic via their API. Only extracted structured results are saved — not the raw file. See Anthropic's privacy policy for their data handling.
All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II), encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Only you can access your records.
We use browser local storage for your login session and language preference only. No tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts.
Delete individual records from your dashboard at any time. For full account deletion, email contact@mybloodtests.net — we will complete within 48 hours.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may access, correct, or complain about your information. Contact contact@mybloodtests.net or the OAIC.
We share data only with: Anthropic (AI analysis), Cloudflare (infrastructure), Twilio (SMS), and as required by law.
